Some days a girl can just dream….. And on other days she joins forces with another beautiful soul and makes her dreams a reality!
They say like attracts like, and somehow, Katie from The Vintage House That Could and my paths crossed. I actually can’t remember when, but ever since it has I have had the good fortune to join her in some simply breathtaking shoots. Katie style and attention to detail is second to none and it’s hard for me to speak about what I do, because I just do it and am so grateful people love me and my style. But reading the write up Katie put forward for So Your Getting Married blog submission made me feel truly proud of the friendship we now have.
When Katie and I met up it was a cold winter's day and we were sat in Starbucks planning this shoot and praying it wouldn’t be snowing! When Katie said she wanted an outdoors styled decor shoot and I had been to Middleton Hall and see their walled garden, I knew this has to be our spot. So the morning came and low and behold it was sunny, as if by magic when Katie had asked if I could get any magnolia I had driven round Lichfield that morning and knocked on the door of a house who’s magnolia was fully in bloom and the kind gentleman was grateful for it to have a small haircut. With such a positive start to the day, when Katie had set up the table and all the stationary I had to stop myself from getting to giddy at how romantic, charming and well god damn swoon worthy everything looked.
If you are looking to host an outdoor wedding then let our shoot provide you with heaps of show stopping ideas to ensure your big day is nothing but unique, dreamy, creative and personal.
